Hi, I am a full time Fitness Instructor at Phoenix. I am a keen swimmer and cyclist and take part in triathlons so any questions in this area I am happy to help with. I specialise in nutrition and developing correct movement patterns in the gym, so if you're trying to become a healthier person through changing your eating habits but don't know where to start, or you want to learn how to squat properly or improve your deadlift, come get booked in and we’ll see what we can do! I teach the Mobility class on Wednesdays at Phoenix which is aimed around restoring and maintaining normal range of motion in your joints, so if you're struggling to get that overhead squat position, or just feeling tight, come along!!

Qualifications:Level 2 Gym Instructor, Studying towards Level 3 Sports Therapy.

I have been an personal trainer for 5 years. I  train 5-6 times a week without fail, my hobbies are gym boxing and kickboxing I also teach one to one boxing/kickboxing and gym.

I have quickly learnt the ropes at Sentinel and will continue to learn and develop to help anyone and everyone. Qualifications:I am currently working towards my Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification, with the aim to start and finish my Personal Trainer  and Nutritional qualifications soon.
